Bentley Mulsanne Key Celebrates Its Centenary
Bentley's bespoke coachbuilding division, Mulliner, has designed a unique key case to commemorate the brand's centennial. Made from Dark Stained Burr Walnut and Piano Black veneer, it comes with a flying 'B' paperweight, a set of keys as well as a brochure with never-before-seen 1930 8 Litre imagery.
It's a great present to greet a new owner of their opulent vehicle.
Aesthetics

Design

Function
The Bentley Mulsanne key features an opening button for the trunk, and another button that turns on the car. It also has a switch that can turn on the parking break. The configuration that is created is stored on individual R.F.I.D.-enabled keys which are presented to guests in a custom key case. Bentley estimates it takes approximately 500 man-hours to design and put together the typical Mulsanne. The key to this time-consuming effort is a reluctance to embrace modern tech.
